The rules that apply to every creator and clipper on Tukdy.
Platform role
Tukdy is a marketplace connecting creators and clippers. View verification and payout approval are performed manually by the Tukdy team.
Platform fee
Tukdy charges a 5% platform fee plus 18% GST on that fee, added on top of your stated campaign budget at checkout. Your full campaign budget is reserved entirely for clipper payouts — the fee is never deducted from it, and never from a clipper's earnings.
Payment terms
Clippers are paid only on verified views above the view floor set by that campaign's creator, at the rate specified per campaign, calculated per 1,000 views above that floor. Each campaign page shows its own floor and rate. A 2% withdrawal fee and 1.25% payment gateway fee (3.25% total) apply to every clipper payout, deducted from the calculated earnings before transfer.
Verification
Submitted clips are reviewed manually. Tukdy reserves the right to reject clips with suspected bot or purchased views, clips that don't follow the campaign brief, or clips posted to unauthorized accounts.
Resubmission
One resubmission is allowed per rejected clip per campaign.
Dispute window
Disputes must be raised within 14 days of a submission being approved or rejected.
Payouts
Payouts are released via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7 business days of approval, once budget allows.
Footage usage
Clippers may only use footage for the specific campaign they were selected for, and only for the duration of that campaign.
Budget
All payouts and remaining-budget figures are calculated against the campaign's payout pool, not the gross budget. Campaigns close automatically once the payout pool is exhausted or the submission deadline passes, whichever comes first.
No guaranteed views
Tukdy does not guarantee any clip will reach the view floor. Payment is performance-based only.
